How does the 14-day free trial work?
Download the app, connect to your own Oracle Cloud ERP instance with your authorized credentials, and use the full product for 14 days. No credit card is required to start, and the trial uses the same access you already have in Oracle — nothing is bypassed.
Why not just use SQL Developer or Toad?
Those desktop tools can't connect to Oracle Fusion Cloud tables — there's no direct database connection exposed to reach them. ERP Query Studio is the Oracle Cloud ERP SQL alternative that gets there: it runs your SQL through BI Publisher using your own authorized access, so you get a familiar SQL-Developer-like worksheet against Fusion data without building a BI Publisher data model or filing a ticket.
Will this pass our security review?
It's built to. ERP Query Studio is a desktop app that uses your own authorized Oracle credentials — it grants no access you don't already have and bypasses nothing. Credentials are encrypted in the OS keychain (Keychain on macOS, Credential Manager on Windows). Data flows directly from Oracle to your machine with no third-party server in the path, and the app ships with a strict Content-Security-Policy, a sandboxed renderer, and a hardened Electron runtime. Enterprise plans include hands-on support for your security review.
Is pricing really per seat, billed annually?
Yes. Each user gets one seat, billed once per year, and we ship regular updates over the life of the subscription. Volume per-seat pricing kicks in on the Team plan at 3 or more seats.
Can I reassign a seat when someone leaves or rolls off a project?
Yes. Team and Enterprise seats are reassignable — deactivate a departing user and assign that seat to someone else. This is built for consulting practices where staff rotate across engagements.
